Instructions
Roll thawed pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface until it reaches about 12x8" or so.
Using a pizza cutter, slice down the center and then each half into eight slices.
Stretch each slice and tie into a simple knot. Tuck the ends under, pinching off any excess and saving that for making more knots as you go. Pinch the bottom until it is sealed and place onto a lined baking sheet.
Cover with a lint free towel and place in a warm place for about an hour to rise.
Melt butter and add garlic (or garlic powder) and parsley. Brush the knots before baking, reserving the rest.
Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. This may vary depending on how small/large the knots are.
Brush the baked knots as soon as they come out of the oven.
Warm the marinara sauce and serve immediately. Enjoy!
