These French Dip Sliders feature buttered Hawaiian rolls, slow cooked caramelized onions, melted Provolone, and flavorful, thinly sliced deli roast beef. I'm serving mine with a side of au jus for dipping!

Ingredients
6Hawaiian Rollssliced horizontally
1/2lbDeli Roast Beefthinly sliced
4slicesProvolonethinly sliced
4tbspButterdivided
1smallOnionthinly sliced
1tbspSugar
1tspWorcestershire Sauce
1/2packetAu Jus Gravy Mixplus 1 1/2 cups of water
dashPepper
Parsleychopped, plus more for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking pan with parchment (optional).
In a non stick skillet, add butter, onions and sugar. Cook over medium heat until golden and caramelized. Add the worcestershire and pepper.
Prepare the au jus and add a few ladles to the onions. Add the meat to the au jus for a minute or two.
Slice rolls in half horizontally, placing the bottoms in the baking dish.
Add slices of provolone to the bottom half of the rolls and top with the beef (reserve the au jus for dipping later) and finally, add the caramelized onions. Replace the tops.
Melt butter with chopped parsley and brush the tops of the rolls.
Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted. The tops will be slightly golden and the butter absorbed.
