Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine the ingredients for the meatballs and using a small cookie scoop, place into damp hands forming a compact ball.
Place onto a lined baking sheet OR into a specialty pan as I have here today (this is completely optional).
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reads about 160 degrees Farenheit.
Remove from the baking sheet to a paper towel to drain any excess grease.
To freeze cooked meatballs, allow to cool completely. Place them onto a small sheet pan and allow to freeze completely. Then place into a freezer safe bag in a single layer. To reheat, simply defrost or add directly to a soup or sauce and allow to simmer until heated through.
